Incident-To and Medicare Replacements

Does any one know if Medicare Replacement Plans follow the "Incident-To" rule? And if so can you please lead me in a direction to a link/website where this is located? I can't really seem to find much.

if you are speaking of MCR Advantage and MCR Plus Blue etc. then yes they do because replacement plans follow Medicare guidelines.... go on the cms.gov website and do a search there. I tried posting the link here but I got a pop up message saying it might be "spam"... ????
